The staff - cheerful and unobtrusive. The bathroom had been clean. A microwave and an electric kettle available. Set in a domestic area close enough to Bridlington, shops, the beach.

Cheap, airy room with comfy beds and toaster plus ensuite fridge microwave kettle, excellent location. The staff was AMIABLE and really friendly. Easy check in, good service too. There's beautiful garden.
